How do I refund a parent that received funds from the Every Kid Sports Pass?

Please refer to your league’s refund policy.

If a parent meets the predetermined requirements for a refund and used their digital GiveCard as payment, please send the refund directly back to the card used at the time of payment.

Refunds returned to a parent's GiveCard will go back to the parent to be used only at another authorized sports organization so long as the refund is initiated prior to the funds expiration. The use of the GiveCard is protected and monitored by GiveCard to ensure funds are approved for the Every Kid Sports programs.
