When will I receive my funds?

After you apply, our team reviews your application within 10 business days. During busy times it may take a little longer. We email you as soon as a decision is made.

If your child is approved, watch for these emails:

• From us: your approval. It says how much your child was approved for. Your Pass comes as a GiveCard, and it may take 2 to 3 business days for the card to be funded.
• From GiveCard: your card. A separate email with your child's card and how to start using it.
• From us: your card is ready. We email you again once the card has been funded and is ready to use.

Each approved child gets their own card and their own emails.

Can't find an email? Check your spam, junk and promotions folders, and search your inbox for "GiveCard". Your dashboard also shows where each application and card stands.
