How do I apply for a program that I pay for monthly or is not seasonal?

Every Kid Sports reviews application on a seasonal basis. On your application, please write the season start to end dates based on a three-month period of time and the cost for those three months. 

Example (month to month):

The child wants to participate in gymnastics. The parent wants the child to start on Jan 1 and pays the gym a monthly fee of $30. 

• On the application, this parent would state the season start date as Jan 1 and the season end date as March 31.  On the application, the parent would put the total cost of the program as $90 (cost for 3 months of payments).

Example (year-long):

A child is going to participate in cheer for a high school. The season starts in Fall and goes to the end of the school year. The total cost to participate in the school-year-long High School Cheer program is $1500.

• On the application, this parent would state the season start date of August 1 (or as appropriate) with an end date of Oct 31. The total cost of  this 3-month program would be $500 ($1,500 divided by 3.)
