- When you submit an application
- When you enter the application, most applications are completed in under 10 minutes.
- Do NOT rush through your application.
- Read through the questions carefully and answer them accurately.
- Your application could be declined as a result of rushing through the application and making a mistake.
- If you are not the legal guardian of the child, you are not permitted to submit an application for that child. You will be declined and forfeit future use of the program.
- Do you have your child's qualifying documents ready?
- Locate your child's qualifying document now and have it ready when it is time to apply.

- If you do not provide the correct documentation in your application, you will be declined and have to reapply. Every Kid Sports does NOT accept documents sent for re-review via email or support ticket.

- Do you know the Youth Sports League/Team information?
- Youth sports organization (YSO) name: Do NOT abbreviate
- YSO website or social media page

- Price of your sport for the season
- Know how to apply for a sport that is a monthly rate or not seasonal specific: click here
- Do you know the season dates for the sport you are applying for?
- Start date
- End date
- Know what to do for a sport that is month-to-month or year-round: click here
- How long will it take to know if you've been approved?
- You will receive a decision on your application within 7-10 business days.
- Weekends and Holidays are not considered a business day.
- Every Kid Sports staff will not be available on weekends and holidays for support or application review.

- If approved, understanding how you will receive funds
- Your will receive your funds via a digital GiveCard directly to your email. This email will come from mailing@givecard.io
- Once approved, funding will be available immediately for use
