I want change the league or team on my application

If your child would like to register with another youth sports organization:

1. Click "Submit a request" at the bottom of this page.
2. Dropdown menu
   • Sport/League Change option
3. Fill in all populated fields
   • The attachments field is optional
4. Submit

Ensure you include all of the following:

• League Name
• Season Start / End Dates
• League Website
