What's the status of my application?

You can see the status of every application in your Every Kid Sports Pass Portal account. Open your dashboard (sign in first if asked). Each child's application shows where it stands, and it updates as soon as anything changes.

What each status means:

• Submitted / Under Review: we have your application and are reviewing it.
• Approved: your child was approved. Your GiveCard is being set up.
• Card Issued: your GiveCard is on its way. Look for an email from GiveCard to set it up.
• Declined: your dashboard shows the reason, and whether you can fix it and send the application again.

We also email you when your status changes: when your application is approved, when GiveCard sends your card, and when the money is on your card. Can't find our emails? Check your spam, junk and promotions folders.

How long does review take? We do our best to review applications within 10 business days. During busy times it may take a little longer. Still showing "Under Review" after 10 business days? Don't worry, we are still working on it.

Please don't use the old Application Status Tracker on our website: it does not show applications made in the Portal.
