Creating your Account: Step by Step
1. Once the Every Kid Sports Pass is open, go to the Every Kid Sports Pass Portal and click "Create Account." Enter your email address and phone number. You will receive a verification code to both. Enter the codes to confirm your email and phone number.
2. Set up your parent profile.
You will be asked to enter
- your full name
- date of birth
- marital status
- gender
- ethnicity
- the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number (SSN)
Don't have a Social Security Number? No problem! Click "No SSN" and enter the last 4 digits of the phone number you used to create your account instead.
3. Your account is ready. You can now add children to your dashboard and get ready to apply.
